The property is located on the Willow Creek Golf Club in Boone, North Carolina.

The resort is on the premise of a nine (9) hole executive golf course. Golf is
FREE to owners, however, there is a moderate fee of about $5.00 for a
motorized golf cart.
The resort is linked to Resort Condominium International (R.C.I.), which is an exchange
program. This is the most widely used exchange program in use today.
